E44 14 December 2018New Plymouth District Council (Waitara Lands) Bill Third Reading Completed

  On Wednesday the third reading of the New Plymouth District Council (Waitara Lands) Bill was completed. This bill creates new provisions for the sale of Waitara ‘endowment land’ – circa 164 hectares presently held in six administrative categories (e.g. harbour land, town improvement land, mixed land, etc.).
