These groups are (i) Te Matarau Education Trust and NorthTec (building and primary industries); (ii) Auckland Council (South Auckland infrastructure focus); (iii) Unitec, MIT and TWoA (construction and infrastructure);[1] (iv) Waiariki (carpentry); and (v) Te Runanganui
