This week Ngāti Kahu has filed a claim with the Tribunal requesting that it order the Crown to return forestry land. This action follows its submission in May of a draft Deed of ‘Partial’ Settlement (which the Crown promptly rejected). Ngāti Kahu have also withdrawal from the Te Hika Forum,
